Warranty Period

• The warranty is valid for the entire duration of the purchased service package.

• In case of stock unavailability for replacement, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Within 30 days: 100% refund of the order value.

  • Pro-rated refund based on unused time (e.g., for a 12-month package, if used for 6 months and an issue arises, a 50% refund of the order value will be issued).
